Brand sentiment analysis for AI answers

Saw an answer in ChatGPT that mentions you? Paste it. You'll get each brand's tone, the role the answer gives it, the exact words behind that label, and any claims worth checking.

Brands to look for

Paste an answer and enter your brand. Mentions are counted instantly; the AI analysis explains how each brand is framed.

Tone is only half of it

A brand can be described warmly and still lose: "Brand X is a solid choice, though most freelancers start with Brand Y." That's positive sentiment and a secondary role. The analysis reports both, because the role the answer gives you (top pick, alternative, passing mention, warning) is often what decides the click.

Watch for stale or wrong claims

Models repeat what they learned, including old prices, discontinued plans and complaints you fixed years ago. The "claims worth fact-checking" list pulls out statements about each brand that you can verify. When one is wrong, the fix usually lives off your site: update review profiles, directory listings and comparison pages that still carry the old information, and state the current facts plainly on your own pages.

From one answer to a pattern

One pasted answer is an anecdote. To see whether a framing is consistent, run the same question across models with the mention check, which labels tone for every answer and saves the results.

Questions

How do I analyse brand sentiment in ChatGPT answers?
Copy the answer from the ChatGPT app (or Claude, Gemini, Perplexity), paste it here and enter your brand plus up to three competitors. Mentions are counted exactly in your browser, and an AI pass labels each brand as positive, neutral, negative or mixed, explains how it is framed and quotes the evidence.
Why paste answers instead of letting the tool ask?
The consumer apps add memory, personalisation and web search that an API call does not have. Pasting lets you analyse exactly what you, or a customer, saw. For a clean, repeatable sample across models, use the mention check on the home page.
How accurate is AI sentiment labelling?
It is good at obvious praise and criticism and less reliable with sarcasm or subtle hedging. That is why every label comes with a verbatim quote: you can check the reasoning in seconds.
